Balance Fitness combines safe and effective modern fitness exercises with the flowing movements of Qigong (Chi Gong). Research shows that these practices can improve balance, strength, and energy while helping to prevent falls and reduce common health concerns.
By combining the calming and centering effects of Qigong with the invigorating benefits of modern fitness, Balance Fitness offers a balanced approach to aging gracefully.
